Some pictures taken whilst diving at Pulau Weh off the north coast of Sumatra in July 2012.
Pulau Weh has to take the prize for having the greatest variety and shear number of fish of all the places I have dived. Of course fish make tricky subjects for photographs as they invariably move the second you press the shutter button! The massive fan corals covering the rock faces at Pantee Aneuk Seuke (‘The Canyon’) made a much easier subject.
This was another one of those dives where I couldn’t decide whether to take video or photographs as it felt that there was just too much going on to try and capture it all. In the end I did both.
