Conger Alley and Craggen, Loch Long – December 2012

Conger Alley certainly lived up to its name during a visit to Loch Long at the start of December. Every big crevice in the rocks here seems to be home to a Conger and they were curious enough to emerge a little from their hiding places to check us out. A weekend of diving aboard The Fyne Pioneer with skipper Simon Exley at the end of November provided some chilly but thoroughly enjoyable dives at sites including Stallion Rock, Minard Islands and ‘Big Rock’. Continue reading “Loch Fyne – November 2012”

Thanks for checking out ‘Immersed’

This is Mark Skea’s much neglected website where he occasionally shares photographs and videos of the things he encounters beneath the sea. The updates were a little ‘sparse’ for a while. This might lead someone to believe there was no diving to speak of, but the opposite is in fact true. I’ve notched up 800 dives in the past 5 years, dived lots of new locations and seen some amazing stuff. I just haven’t put any of it on here! And so the website has had a revamp along with a pledge to update it a little more often – in between dives obviously!

Let’s see how this goes…. 🙂
